2 year old barking all night like a seal and high pitched breathing?

my daughter just turned 2 a few weeks ago. and 2 weeks ago she had bronchitis and was on antibiotics. She has been better for about a week and last night she started barking like a seal and breathing really high pitch and loud and whinning all night long. i have a job interview this morning but think she needs to go to the doctor because when she gets sick she usually ends up in the hospital. i think she has croup and was wondering if it is serious and if i need to take her to the doc. she feels worm but i dont think she has a fever and if she does its low grade
