How much does it cost to have my hormones tested?

I am 46 years old. My doctor thinks I might be in peri-menopause. I still have a regular period, but have terrible insomnia. I don't have any medical insurance right now, She wants me to have my hormones tested. How much will it cost me out of pocket?
