Im 16 and undergoing problems?

I have pubic hair, quite alot and hairs on my , along with pit hair however my voice hasnt dropped im about 5 foot 8 recently grew alot, i look young my havent grown and my is still small, i can clear liquid sometimes whitish. Have i hit puberty?
