Why was she acting like this?

Maybe she had something else On her Mind that Was bothering her and maybe she just smiled so that You wouldnt Think anything was wronq I remember when My bestfriend did this to me Too But i decided to ask her if anything was bothering her and she told me she didnt want me to worry about her thats why she hadnt told me but the truth was she later on told me she had cancer :/
