While replacing a bulb, I pushed the socket off a recessed can light into the ceiling. How should I proceed?

I am trying to switch to dimmable fluorescent bulbs and I have several different types of cans. The socket is not visible at this point. Do I need to disemble the whole thing?

Dealing With A Really Clingy Boyfriend?

Okay he wants to be together ALL the time. Like when he's hanging out with his guy friends he wants me to be there with him holding his hand and he asks for my permission for small things. He won't even go to sleep unless I'm beside him, even if I gotta do something important and come home at like 3am he waits and snuggles with me and wraps his legs around mine before he can sleep. I honestly don't mind too much because I enjoy spending time with him, and he tries really hard to make me happy, like he even bought me a 42" TV for valentines and he really doesn't ask for much in return other than attention, BUT every now and then I need some alone time. I love him and he's really sensitive, so how do I NICELY, ask him to give me a little more space WITHOUT hurting his feelings?

Can I thaw out 80/20 (beef) and eat the next day?

Yesterday I thawed out some ground chuck and put it back in the fridge, and have decided to eat it today. Is it safe to thaw and eat the next day? The color of the meat was just fine, although I thought that just maybe it may have had a slight odor. Is a slight odor normal to a certain extent?
