Astro projection?????????????

According to some people who answered my last question, I have an ability to astro project myself. But it's being forced to happen while I'm asleep. How do I control it? I've heard that it also deals in demential travel. I don't want that to happen. I would just maybe move about my house. How does it all work. It's getting increasingly worse and scary. Can I get pulled away from my body? Can something happen to my body if I do leave it? Is there a way to make this all stop if I so choose to?
