I need help writing noble gas notation. please help?

i need to write out these elements into noble gas notation. i dont understand any of this and its due at 11:59pm tonite. these are the elements: Na, Sn, Br, Fe. an example they gave.- As=[Ar].3d10.4s2.4p3. please help.
