My friend's boss is getting frustrated with her. Now believe me she is going as fast as?

Very often, going as fast as you can isn't necessary going fast enough. Granted, the boss should not chastise her in front of other employees nor loudly either. But his nature is what it is. If she is unable to do the work to his satisfaction, then she should probably seek employment elsewhere. She certainly won't make the situation any better by confronting him about his behavior. And your participation would not be helpful to her or to you. You can be supportive to her as a friend in private, but this is something that she is going to have to deal with on her own.
