Painfull I need help!?

I was just diagnosed with genital and I am having my first break out. It is the most painful thing I think I ever been through. It has gotten to the point it hurts to move. I can't even wash myself very good in the shower because I cry just when the water touches it. Does anyone know anything I can do to subside the pain? Please help me and please don't make fun.
