Who's the best rock star of ALL time?

For me, although he may not have the best voice unanimously, but for his raw energy, charisma, biting, cynical style plus seething lyrical content and full on stage delivery for me this Londoner is the best. Who is he? He's also the frontman for the best band, who like him as individuals may not be the best musicians in rock and roll but have created the best rock and roll music of all time.
