Fantasy Football Advice... Romo or Cutler?

If you had Romo and Cutler, who would you start? I am gonna trade one away for a wide reciever, and I was considering trading Romo. One of my league mates offered Reggie Wayne and Aaron Rodgers for Romo and Willie Parker. I'm rather a newbie, but I feel like that is a ripoff...
