Need help with HP ZE4430us Laptop?

getting message that nt/win and it shuts down. Is there a program that i can dwonload to fix this. I googled the message and it said it was the blaster worm. Is there a website that i can learn how to do some of this stuff. In this economy I can't afford to pay the geek squad 80 to 100 dollars. thanks for the help.
