Truck driving jobs which to chose?

I have been offered a job with United Van Lines and Willis Shaw Express there both lease operators positions and United pays 53% of a load and they go by weight and Willis Shaw pays around $1.20 a mile with a fuel surcharge. Both truck payments are the same as well. I don't know which one to take. They are both good. Can anyone tell which way to go from experience which one they would take and why. Thanks
